How to Apply for Financing

We will also work closely with your company’s management to restructure your finance facilities, if required. We are also able to assist with negotiations with financiers, suppliers and creditors as required.

Here is a detailed breakdown of what you will need to provide during the Financial Application process:

​

1. Your NRIC copy (front & back);

2. Past 2 years’ NOA (Notice of Assessment) which you can get at https://mytax.iras.gov.sg/ESVWeb/default.aspx ; or CPF statement (past 2 years transaction history);

3. CBS dated within the last 15 days (A report can be purchased from https://www.creditbureau.com.sg/buy-my-credit-report.html); and

4. PDF copy of last 6 months bank statements from your business bank account/accounts. In case there isn’t much activity and/or you don’t have a business bank account, please do attach your personal bank statements and/or payslips

Invoice Financing
Company Documents

5. Past 4 quarters GST Statements (if available)

6. Invoices + Past invoices with DO and PO
